Accessibility by people with visual impairments and other disabilities is built into Digital Fife.
Features such as screenreader compatibility, user control of font size and contrast, the facility to read aloud pages and automatic translation ensure Digital Fife websites can be used by all.
Digital Fife websites consistently score highly on internationally recognised accessibility tests.
North Queensferry Community Centre secured a piece of land adjacent to the community centre. Along with various sporting groups from the village and NQCT they worked to get a MUGA for the village. The MUGA was built in Summer 2018 with very generous funding from Fife Council and Fife Environment Trust.
It has a 2G surface and has space for: 1 7-a-side pitch, 2 5-a-side pitches, 1 netball court, 1 hockey pitch, 2 tennis courts or 2 basketball courts
It is open and free to use for informal play. It can also be booked by groups who have registered with the Community Centre.
