North Queensferry Climate Action Network aims to promote awareness of the climate crisis and to take action to reduce our carbon footprint and move towards a net-zero goal. We aim to enable North Queensferry residents to become more resilient to the effects of climate change. We will work together for the environment as a whole and so improve both natural and cultural well-being.
Public Meeting - 7.30pm 11th February at the Community Centre
Questions for our Councillors on the Climate and Nature Crisis
Please come along and join in. We have lots of questions on
* Transport - Safer Streets, Fife Coastal Path, Bus Services, EV Charging
* Nature and Biodiversity - pesticide use, nurdle pollution, less mowing, moon meadows
* Fife's Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy - how can we be involved?
* How can the Green Freeport benefit the climate aims of the Council and local groups?
We hope you will bring your own questions too. It should be a very productive evening.
